This is the 8th Limited Edition collectible Christmas Plate by Berta Hummel
The plate is inspired by the Three Wise Men based on the original wood block which Sister Berta created in 1928 as her own Christmas Card. Each of the 3 angels has his own offering for the Christ Child - Music, light & gifts.
Mrs. Viktoria Hummel the late artist's mother and legal heir chose and authorized this early work as the 1978 Christmas Plate It is the 8th in the series.
